Terms & Conditions

1. Refunds and returns

All sales of software and plugins on udidsp.com are final. By completing a purchase you agree that the issue of a refund is made at the sole discretion of UDI DSP, and that all decisions made by UDI DSP are final.

UDI DSP reserves the right to decline a refund if the serial number has been issued — made available to you through your account and/or via email — and used to authorize the software. You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin if a refund is granted.

We will issue a refund under the following conditions:

  • There was an illegal or fraudulent charge on your bank or PayPal account, and the issued serial number has not been used to authorize the software.
  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase, via our support contact.
  • A refund fee — the greater of $10 or the payment processing fees incurred — will be deducted from the amount paid.

2. Software delivery

All products sold through this website are software or other digital products, such as documents, audio files and samples, videos, and licence keys. Plugins sold are downloadable from their respective vendor, following the instructions provided at the time of purchase.

Every software product lists its compatibility details for your digital audio workstation, computer, operating system, and any third-party software involved. If this information is missing, it's your responsibility to verify compatibility with the respective vendor.

Delivery time

Most products are delivered instantly. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll have access right away — either through your account (sign in to activate or download), or by email with a coupon code or download link, depending on the product. Instructions are provided at the time of purchase either way.

Some products have a 12–24 hour delivery window. Products with delayed delivery are marked as such on the product page — look for "Delayed delivery – expect 12–24 hours." This delay applies where a vendor has no automated delivery system, so licences, downloads, or coupons must be generated manually after purchase.
