End-user licence agreement

This agreement covers your use of any UDI DSP software product ("Software") purchased or downloaded from udidsp.com.

1. Licence grant

Purchasing the Software and activating it through your UDI DSP account grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on up to three (3) machines that you own or control, for as long as you comply with this agreement.

2. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. UDI DSP retains all rights, title and interest in the Software, including all copyright and intellectual property rights.

3. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software, or attempt to reverse-engineer it beyond what applicable law permits.

4. Updates

Free updates are provided within the major version you purchased. A future major version may be offered as a paid upgrade.

5. Warranty & liability

The Software is provided "as is". UDI DSP's total liability arising from this agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

6. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you breach its terms. Refunded or charged-back licences may be disabled.
